More efficiency and creativity at Demke Electronic

Extension of the lounge area, the laboratory and new measuring equipment

Since our company is constantly growing, we have decided to expand our office space. We have enlarged the laboratory space and created a modern lounge area for our engineers and customers. This area is used by our employees to let creativity and know-how flow together. By incorporating the needs of our customers, the first developments of future DC-Transformers are created here, tested and realized in the laboratory right next door.

Due to the enlargement of the laboratory, the inclusion of the LEAN 5S workplace organisation and new equipment, we are able to carry out measurements on our DC voltage transformers even more efficiently. We largely automate our processes, for example by using the Python programming language. The specially developed applications enable us to carry out a wide variety of final measurements with just one click. This enables us to realize future projects even faster.
