With its exceptionally wide input voltage range of <strong>18 to 100 VDC<\/strong>, the converter provides a regulated <strong>24 VDC<\/strong> output at up to <strong>8.4 A<\/strong>, corresponding to an output power of <strong>200 W<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The ultra-wide input range allows the converter to operate across different battery systems and DC power networks while providing substantial tolerance against voltage variations during operation. This makes the 365DH-24-SD particularly suitable for applications where the supply voltage can change significantly depending on state of charge, load conditions, regenerative operation or other operating states.<\/p>\n<p>The wide input voltage range also allows the same DC\/DC converter platform to be used across different system architectures. This can reduce the number of converter variants required and simplify system development, spare-parts management and standardisation across vehicle, machine and equipment platforms.<\/p>\n<p>As a special operating condition, the converter can be operated from input voltages as low as <strong>16 VDC<\/strong>. In this operating range, the converter remains functional, but the output voltage will be <strong>below the nominal 24 VDC<\/strong>. The converter is also well suited for applications with highly variable DC supply voltages and increased requirements for electrical isolation and environmental robustness.<\/p>\n<p>For reliable operation in demanding environments, the power electronics are fully <strong>encapsulated in polyurethane<\/strong>. The potting compound protects the electronics against moisture, contamination, vibration and other environmental influences while supporting efficient thermal coupling.
