DC/DC converter charging technology for electric mobility

Context and Background
A demanding customer commissioned us with the development of a DC/DC converter, which regulates the voltage between the 48V electrical system and the 12V vehicle electrical system.

Solution
We developed the 141-12-SD converter for this project:
Ultra-compact, robust, extremely resistant and small for its performance class. 16-63VDC input voltage range with 150 watts output power.

This converter will also be available in the future as "E-version" with CC-CV function. On request, the "E-version" can be connected in parallel for any power range. Can be configured redundantly.
