Return Policy
General Information
We regret that you are not fully satisfied with your product or that it shows a defect. To ensure a quick and smooth return process, please note the following:
- Prior Notification
Defective or faulty goods within the warranty period must be reported to us in writing before they are returned. - Cost Coverage
If a defect is found to be not caused by us, we reserve the right to charge you for any resulting repair and return shipping costs - Without Prior Approval
Returns sent without prior written approval may be returned to you unexamined and at your expense. - Deadlines and Shipping Issues
Please inform us immediately—no later than 7 days after receiving the goods - of any visible defects, incomplete deliveries, or incorrect shipments. Otherwise, the delivery is considered accepted. In order to make a claim for shipping or transport damage, we require photos of the damaged package - please take a photo of the package before opening it directly upon receipt and report the damage immediately. - Custom-Made Products
Custom-made products are excluded from returns, provided there is no valid warranty claim.
Return Procedure
- Request an RMA Number
Please contact us to obtain an RMA number (return authorization). This allows us to handle your request more quickly. Alternatively, fill out the RMA form carefully and we will get back to you. - Include an Error Description
Every return shipment must include a detailed error description. We can only process your return promptly with comprehensive information. If documents are missing, we reserve the right to return the shipment to you unprocessed and at your expense. - Pack and Ship the Goods
Please pack the product securely to prevent further damage.
Make sure the package is sufficiently stamped. Packages that are insufficiently prepaid or sent freight collect may be refused. - Inspection and Processing
After receiving your return, we will inspect the item and inform you of the next steps (repair, replacement, or credit note - if applicable). If no technical or mechanical defect can be found in the returned items, we reserve the right to charge a testing fee.
