Demke Electronic develops high-end DC/DC converters for applications where standard solutions reach their limits.
Since 2026, we have been working fully digitally and in the cloud – including in accounting. With Zoho One, we continuously develop our processes and use AI where it genuinely adds value.
Your role?
You will independently manage our financial accounting in Zoho Books – including reconciliations and VAT for Switzerland and Germany – and assist with the preparation of our financial statements. At the same time, you will support our management team with organisational tasks and projects and take on responsibilities within our family office.
What you bring to the role
A commercial qualification, further training in finance and several years of experience independently managing financial accounting.
Digital working comes naturally to you. You’re open to new tools, enjoy working with AI and quickly find your way around new systems.

You’ll work closely with our management team. Working from home is part of the job, as is regular in-person collaboration in Graubünden and at our headquarters in Wil SG.

Both are possible. At the same time, we value personal interaction and enjoy meeting for a coffee at the office. How much time on-site makes sense depends on your role and how you work with the team.
Can I arrange my working hours flexibly?
Yes. Our working hours are flexible and tracked through a time account. What matters to us is that collaboration works well and tasks are completed reliably. Want Fridays off? Depending on your working percentage and role, no problem.
How many working hours is a 100% position?
A 100% position at Demke is 38 hours per week. Thanks to flexible working hours and a time account, you can arrange your working hours flexibly within operational requirements.
How many days of annual leave do I have?
You get five weeks of vacation per year.
Do I need to submit a cover letter?
No. A short cover letter helps us get a first impression of you and your motivation, but it isn’t required. What matters much more to us is understanding what you’re good at and why you think you’d be a good fit for DEMKE.
What does the onboarding process look like?
New systems, new tasks, new challenges – we won’t leave you to figure them out on your own. You’ll receive personal onboarding as well as the necessary training and guidance. Step by step, you’ll take on more responsibility and have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas.
