The galvanically isolated 767UH-13.8-SD DC/DC converter reliably supplies lighting, control units and communication systems in forklifts and material handling vehicles with 13.8 VDC. With an input voltage range of 30 to 110 VDC, up to 400 W output power, high efficiency and rugged full PU potting, it is particularly suited to vehicles with 48 V, 80 V and 96 V battery systems and to use under strong vibration, temperature fluctuations and demanding industrial conditions.
The DC/DC converters of the 172 series achieve efficiencies of up to 99 %, reducing energy losses and heat generation to a minimum. With power ratings up to 1200 W, ultra-wide input voltage ranges, a compact design and rugged full PU potting, they are particularly suited to automotive and industrial applications where high power, limited installation space and maximum efficiency are decisive.
DC/DC converters without derating deliver their full output power even at high temperatures, making them suitable for applications with limited cooling and high thermal loads. Thanks to heat dissipation through the base plate, compact designs and no need for additional heat sinks, they provide a reliable power supply up to a case temperature of 85 °C – provided that the thermal interface and installation situation are designed accordingly.
