Isolated DC/DC Buck Boost Converters

Universally applicable, flexible, robust, excellent performance - the portfolio of Demke Electronic with isolated, mainly galvanically isolated DC/DC Boost and BuckBoost converters up to 600W power is wide. Isolated DC/DC step-up and step-down converters are assigned to the 300 and 700 series. Particularly outstanding is the flexibility combined with the highest efficiency with 1:10 ultra-wide range input.

Thanks to their universal design and discrete architecture, our isolated DC/DC step-up and step-down converters with their up to 1:10 ultra-wide input range stand out from other products and competitors and can be used in a variety of applications.

All products have excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Our DC/DC converters are extremely robust and long-term stable. With the help of integrated EMC input and output filters we limit the ripple of current and voltage to a minimum. All galvanically isolated DC/DC step-up and step-down converters comply with common industry standards, some even with the household EMC standard according to EN55022-B.

Of course, our isolated Demke DC-transformer can be used completely at ambient temperatures from -40°C to +85°C and are open-circuit and short-circuit proof over the entire specified temperature range. Our isolated DC/DC Buck-Boost power converters are therefore ideal for use as battery charging converters. High capacitive loads are regulated without any compromises thanks to the Buck-Boost stage.

The performance record is rounded off by the high specific power with a very high efficiency.

The polyurethane potting protects the assembly from environmental influences and distributes the heat loss during operation homogeneously over the entire device, so that passive heat dissipation via the bottom of the housing is sufficient in most cases.
